THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our web site (www.technomedic.ca/store). Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, please carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In order to place an order for the purchase of one or more products on Technomedic.ca/store, you must fill out the electronic order form and send it electronically to us, following the relevant instructions. The order form contains links to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and other important policies, information on the main characteristics of each product ordered and the relevant unit price (including all applicable fees), and the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase our products. Please note that the unit price indicated in the order form does not include duties, taxes and fees you may need to pay to local authorities.
An order shall be deemed to have been submitted upon the electronic receipt by Technomedic of your order form. The order form will be filed in our data base for such a period of time required in order to process your order and as provided by law. Before placing the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct possible input errors. After the contract has been executed, Technomedic will keep up your purchase order.
If the products displayed on www.technomedic.ca/store are no longer available or temporarily out of stock once Technomedic has received your order form, Technomedic shall inform you within 15 working days of receipt of your order of the unavailability of the ordered products. If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available or temporarily out of stock, Technomedic we will inform you date of availability or will refund you the sum paid. By submitting an order form and contracting with Technomedic, you unconditionally accept to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on Technomedic. By sending the order form, you confirm to acknowledge and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as all of the further conditions contained on technomedic.ca/store (also through links.) Upon submission of your order form, Technomedic shall send to you, via e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information related to the order form (the products' main characteristics, a detailed indication of the item price, terms of payment and shipping costs). For international orders, please note that all and any item price is provided without duties, taxes or fees that you may need to pay to local authorities to receive the merchandise. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time, in consideration of new laws and regulations but not limited thereto. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on technomedic.ca/store.
Payments
Payment of product prices and relevant shipping costs can be made only with a credit card. All details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to Cyber source or other banks which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by Technomedic except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing relevant refunds in the case of returns, in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases of frauds to the police. For International order, please note that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees and handling fees to your local authorities or customs offices. The price for the purchase of products and the relevant shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account only when the purchased products are actually delivered.
Please note that some shipments may require additional shipping charges due to excessive weight, rural shipping areas and bulk/special orders.
Most orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel within Canada and to USA destinations,

In order to process your order without delays it is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information as well as a current email address and phone number where you can be reached in the event of a shipping address issue. Note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a reliable shipping address. If a Canada post tracking confirmation or Courier tracking confirmation indicates that an order has been delivered, then we are not responsible for re-shipping or a refund of the order, if it has been lost. We will ship your order to the address EXACTLY as it is input on our website; therefore orders returned to us undeliverable due to customer input error will not be re-shipped without a form of payment to cover new shipping costs.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Returns are accepted under the following conditions only:
All returns must be clean, undamaged, in original packaging and sent pre-paid to the Technomedic address within 15 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at technomedic@bellnet.ca before you send back your item so we can assign you a Return Authorization number.
No returns on worn or used items.
Due to health-care regulations/hygiene, we will not accept returns on: Massage products, cushions or pillows. Some special order items may require a restocking fee. A refund will be made on the credit card used for purchase minus the original shipping fee.
Merchandise cannot and should not be returned back to Technomedic, without a [RGA] Returned Goods Authorization number and must include a photocopy of the original invoice clearly stating the invoice number and total amount paid. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items if Technomedic is not at fault.
All returned merchandise must be in like-new, resalable and as received condition. All freight charges must be prepaid and insured by you, the buyer on all returned merchandise. All authorized merchandise must be returned back to Technomedic within 10 calendar days after being delivered.
Any items shipped back to Technomedic after 10 calendar days will be refused and returned back to the purchaser at their own expense. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to Technomedic. The buyer must insure the returned shipment.
In the event returned merchandise is damaged, Technomedic will file a claim with the shipping carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.
All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer.
Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the original purchase price. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped.
